FunctionFIT
FunctionFIT is designed for all fitness levels.
A mix of cross style training including functional, resistance and cardio.
Workouts are changed up weekly.

Men at Work
Men at Work is a strength and fitness group session designed for men of all ages and fitness levels.
The workout is changed weekly and can be adjusted for specific injury, mobility or fitness restraints, while benefiting from the supervision of personal trainers and group camaraderie.

Pump
Pump is an all over body resistance workout to music, catering to all fitness and strength levels.
Increase muscle strength and tone,
burn excess body fat,
improve core strength, balance and joint stability.

Strength and Stretch
This session includes a mix of Pilates styled core and muscle conditioning followed by progressive stretching and relaxation. This combination will improve strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Step
Step is a choreographed workout to music, designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and balance.
Have fun while challenging your mental and physical co-ordination.

Supervised Session
Supervised sessions are for members with their own workout programmes who would prefer to train in a small group under the guidance of a trainer.
Great for accountability, motivation and technique correction.
