Pump is an all over body resistance workout to music, catering to all fitness and strength levels.

FunctionFIT
FunctionFIT is designed for all fitness levels.
A mix of cross style training including functional, resistance and cardio.
Workouts are changed up weekly.

Strength and Stretch
This session includes a mix of Pilates styled core and muscle conditioning followed by progressive stretching and relaxation. This combination will improve strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Please bring a towel, water bottle and stretch mat.
