Using a bar, weight plates and dumbbells, Pump is an easy to follow resistance based workout using the beat of the music for different tempo.

FunctionFIT is designed for all fitness levels.
A mix of cross style training including functional movements, resistance and cardio based exercises.
Workouts are balanced, varied and FUN!

Strength and Stretch
This session includes a mix of pin loaded and free weight resistance training followed by core stability exercises and progressive stretching on the floor. This combination will improve strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.
Suitable for all ages (16+)
and fitness levels.
