Boxing

Our boxing class is a high-energy, 12 round session designed to challenge your body and sharpen your mind. You'll learn using the traditional boxing numbering system, making it easy to follow along while you throw powerful combinations. Expect a mix of bag work to build explosive strength and stamina.

Pad work to sharpen accuracy, speed and technique.

Circuit stations for a full-body burn and next level conditioning.

Pump

Using a bar, weight plates and dumbbells, Pump is an easy to follow resistance based workout using the beat of the music for different tempo.
Increase muscle strength and tone while improving 
core strength, balance and joint stability.
Please bring a towel, stretch mat and a water bottle.

FunctionFIT

FunctionFIT is designed for all fitness levels.
A mix of cross style training including functional movements, resistance and cardio based exercises.
Workouts are balanced, varied and FUN!

Please bring a towel and a water bottle.
 

Strength and Stretch

This session includes a mix of pin loaded and free weight resistance training followed by core stability exercises and progressive stretching on the floor. This combination will improve strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.

Suitable for all ages (16+)

and fitness levels.

Please bring a towel, water bottle and stretch mat.
